Crest Point Cleaning LLC provides after-hours commercial cleaning services under a written Service Agreement. These Terms govern website use and initial inquiries; the signed Service Agreement governs active service relationships.
Submitting an inquiry form does not create a binding contract. Estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change following a site walkthrough. A binding agreement requires a signed Service Agreement and receipt of the initial payment.
When you check the SMS consent box on our inquiry form, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Crest Point Cleaning LLC related to your inquiry, scheduling, and services at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Payment for services is processed via Stripe. Accepted methods: card, ACH bank transfer, cashier's check, or money order. Personal checks are not accepted. All fees are stated in the signed Service Agreement.
Crest Point Cleaning LLC's liability arising from website use or inquiries is limited to direct damages not to exceed $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
