Yes — every cleaner arrives with professional-grade supplies and equipment. Prefer specific products? Leave a note at booking and they'll use what you provide instead.

Will I get the same cleaner every time? +

For recurring customers, we assign your preferred cleaner whenever they're available. Continuity matters — your cleaner gets to know your home.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

Reschedule free up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours: 50% fee. Inside 24 hours or no-show: full charge. We'd always rather move your visit than cancel it.

How do you choose your cleaners? +

Every cleaner is personally interviewed and selected before they join. We're a newer company building our team deliberately — quality over volume.

Crest Point Cleaning was founded in the Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia with a simple thesis: the cleaning industry has been racing to the bottom on price, and homeowners are tired of it. They want consistency. They want communication. And they want a fair price they can see before they book.

That's what we built.

How we use it: to prepare your quote, schedule and complete your service, process payment, and communicate about your booking.

Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. We do not sell your information.

Estimates & pricing. Prices shown are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before service; significant changes are approved by you in advance.

Payment. Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Recurring plans are billed per visit.

Service. Cleaning is performed by vetted independent contractors. We aim to honor your preferred date and cleaner when possible.

Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy.

Liability. Please secure valuables and fragile items before your visit, and report any concern within 24 hours so we can make it right.
