It's the most common question we get, and the answer decides both your result and your price. Here's the plain version, with no upsell.
A standard clean maintains
A standard clean keeps an already-cared-for home looking and feeling fresh. Every room is dusted, surfaces are wiped, floors are vacuumed and mopped, kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, and beds are made. It's the right choice when your home is in good shape and you want it reset to a high standard — and it's what most recurring clients book every visit. Standard cleans start at $199.
A deep clean resets
A deep clean does everything a standard clean does, then reaches the places routine cleaning skips: baseboards and trim, inside windows and sills, kitchen degreasing (range, hood, backsplash), bathroom scale and grout, light fixtures, vents, and detail around and behind movable furniture. It takes longer and costs more — deep cleans start at $359 — because it's a genuine top-to-bottom reset.
How to choose
- Book a deep clean if it's your first professional clean, it's been more than ~3 months since one, you're prepping for a party or the holidays, or the home just feels "behind."
- Book a standard clean if your home is already well-kept and you're maintaining it on a schedule.
The most common path: most clients deep clean once to establish a baseline, then maintain with standard visits. You don't pay for a deep clean every time.
