A five-minute prep that helps
- Clear the flat surfaces you want cleaned — counters, nightstands, the kitchen table. A wiped surface needs to be reachable.
- Pick up loose items off the floor so floors can actually be vacuumed and mopped edge to edge.
- Secure pets if they're anxious around new people, and let us know they're home.
- Note access and parking — where to park, how to get in, any alarm codes. The easiest thing to forget, the most useful thing to share.
- Flag your priorities. One bathroom that matters most? A guest coming Friday? Tell us — we'll focus there.
What you do NOT need to do
You don't need to clean before we arrive — that's our job. You don't need to provide supplies; our professionals bring their own. And you don't need to be home, as long as we can get in. Many clients leave a key or code and come back to a finished home.
